EPIM cloud will not upload my calendar

EPIM cloud will not upload my calendar. I have settings to sync on start and exit. I have seen it saying it was syncing but it never appears on the cloud.

I have EPIM 11.7 Pro, W10, Google sync to Google only, iPhone sync both ways.

What is your EPIM version number? Is the EPIM Cloud account listed among the calendars in EPIM?

Thank you for your response. The events visible in the screenshot should belong to a calendar that is under the "EPIM Cloud" account. If they are associated with these calendars, synchronization should work correctly.

I know it should but apparently, it is not, and unless I get this fixed I'll cancel the account because for now, I am paying for nothing. It is very frustrating because I have been chasing this for a long time now.

Which of the events on the screenshot belong to any of the EPIM Cloud calendars? Also, please create a new test event in the calendar under the EPIM Cloud account, perform sync with EPIM Cloud, and then forward us the log file of the latest sync. You can find the log file by going to Tools->Options, selecting "Logs Folder", and looking for the file that begins with "EPIMCloudSync". Thanks.

I do not understand the question. I want all my calendars in EPIM cloud, I can't seem to get any of them there.

Sorry about the oversight, I completely overlooked the Log folder.

All the events I post belong to Calendar 1.

Alright, great. Now, may I know under which account names the Calendar 1 is located?

Account name the Calendar 1 is located under - Myrl Bird

Only calendars under the EPIM Cloud account name will be synchronized with EPIM Cloud, or calendars under the Local Calendars account if you choose so in the EPIM Cloud sync settings. Thank you.
