What are the version numbers of your EPIM for Windows and Android? Additionally, we will need the sync log file. To locate the file, please follow these steps: Go to Tools -> Options -> Synchronization, click on "Browse..." and look for a file with a filename starting with "Android".

Update: The issue will be resolved in the new version. In the meantime, if you synchronize your data with the new database using EPIM Synchronizer (https://www.essentialpim.com/features/f ... nchronizer), the error should no longer occur.

I haven't installed version 11.7 yet, because it still contains too many bugs.

Basically I have problems with the synchronization with AEPIM and currently error messages occur regularly during the synchronization of the notes. By constantly repeating the synchronization with intermediate closing of EPIM succeeds after several attempts a synchronization without errors. With the next Android or Windows version, however, the problems may reappear with other modules. In the forum, the synchronization problems of EPIM are also a constant topic. After a synchronization problem has been solved with a new version, a new problem appears in another place.
