gelöst mit 11.6.5 -Mailvesand wird ständig wiederholt

Hallo Admin,

seit Version 11.6 wird eine versandte Mail immer wieder in den Ausgangsordner gestellt und versandt. Man kann dies Mails dann im Ordner gesendet finden. Nur ein bewusstes Löschen der Mail im Ausgangsorder stoppt den weiteren Versand. Mailprotokoll ist "imap".
Ich finde solche Fehler sollten unbedingt vermieden werden. Das essentielle Funktionen. Diese müssen verlässlich funktionieren. Was sagen meine Kunden, wenn Sie eine Mail von mir ständig mehrfach von mir erhalten.

Hallo Admin,

ich bitte dringend das Problem zu beheben. Ich nun noch getestet, ob evtl. der Provider der Verursacher ist. Das ist nicht der Fall. Es passiert nur in EPIM und nur beim Account der Telekom "t-online.de". Bei einem iCloud Account tritt das Problem nicht auf.

ich möchte es nochmals beschreiben:
Ich sende eine Email.
- die Mail wird erfolgreich versandt (Siehe Screenshot "Senden I.png")
Dann wird die Mail mehrfach nacheinander wieder in den Ausgang gestellt und erneut versendet. (Siehe gesendet Ordner"Screenshot "Senden II u. III.png")

If you are using a Portable version of EPIM, you can find the latest log by navigating to the Logs folder within the EPIM installation folder. For Installable edition, please follow this path: C:\Users\Windows_Username\AppData\Roaming\EssentialPIM Pro\Logs.

In diesem Pfad gibt es keinen Ordner Logs. Muss dass logging nicht zuerst aktiviert werden?
