Dear,
In the calendar, I think it would be useful to have the possibility to striped an event when it is cancelled, to keep a trace of it.
Thank you for understanding.

Re: cancelled an event
Clear now, thanks for the explanation. One possible solution could be to mark such events as completed, which would result in them being striked out. This can help visually distinguish cancelled (completed) events from ongoing ones.

Re: cancelled an event
Admin,
I see the need to differentiate between Completed and Cancelled. For my needs, Cancelled is something that may someday be reinstated, Completed is totally done.
I assume ricojimi is asking for something like that: a totally new status.
I would +1 another status of Cancelled that would be shown in a list differently than completed. Perhaps color-coding of the line striking through the text? Or greying out a cancelled vs. strikethrough for complete?

Re: cancelled an event
We understand the need for this feature. In fact, the upcoming version of EPIM, after EPIM 11.6, will include the ability for users to invite other participants to their events and tasks. In that version, it will be possible to cancel events (by the organizer), and we will make sure these events are visually distinguishable from regular ones.
