Pinned sticky notes that rolls Up/Down

When we have a pinned sticky note that rolls Up/Down, make it roll up to minimum width and roll down to preset width, that will cover less screen space when it is rolled up.
Could this be added to a future update?

We're uncertain if this is an expectation shared by users. Additionally, we would like to understand the reason behind reducing the width when a sticky note is rolled up. If there is a reduction in width, what is the specific amount of decrease? It is unclear what purpose this serves and how it benefits the user experience. When it is rolled up the Yellow bar could expand all the way across the screen.
It is less than 1.5" long when at minimum width.
Sometimes the bar covers something you need to see.
Let it automatically expand to the set width when it rolls down.
