Yesterday my incoming email does not display in a readable manner. All I can see is an icon size picture of the email. See attached screen captures. How do I get it back to normal. The email account is a gmail account

Please try clicking on View -> Zoom -> Reset. This should resolve the issue. Thank you.

I have same problem and the zoom works fine but....I have to do this for each email that I receive. This is not how incoming emails were in the past, i.e. before 11.5.2. Is there a global Zoom command or is this how this how EPIM now works.
