Outlook has a simple and extremely effective process for reading mail. Similar functionality in EPIM would be even better with the All Inboxes feature. Once an email is opened, the user reads and decides what to do with it, categorize/followup/delete/leaveit, in Outlook the next or previous email is opened. In EPIM you waste my mouse/keyboard operations by taking me back to the list. Then I have to doubleclick the next email for review.
Just keep the user reading the next email. Provide an option for next/previous email on the menu bar.
With that the user can quickly review all emails with a minimum of interaction and none wasted.

Re: Reading mail, after delete, next options
Thank you for the suggestion. We have taken note of it. If we decide to implement it, the new feature will be optional. Therefore, users who prefer the current system, like DaxAtDS9, can continue to use it without any changes.
