I have a gmail IMAP address. I've set up the account to support multiple identities - when I select an identity from the 'From' dropdown the email gets sent using the gmail account and reponders replying to the email don't reply to the identity.
This is very confusing - the identities don't behave as I would expect.

Re: Problems With Return Address
We are unable to reproduce this issue. Let's start with the EPIM version number. And probably a short video demonstrating the problem will also be helpful. Thanks!

Re: Problems With Return Address
Version 11.2.1 - but this has been an issue forever, so it isn't version related.
Screenshots of related dialogs attached.
If I send the email shown in Send[4].jpg the from address becomes the gmail account address - NOT the intended identity address.

Re: Problems With Return Address
Are you using a Gmail's account to mimic sending messages from an identity that belongs to a different domain? If so, that's how Google works and in the best case scenario your recipients will see something like this: "From your_email@gmail.com on behalf of your_email@otherdomain.com."
