From the beginning I synchonize my data with an toodledo account.
I have the toodloedo account listed (Toodledo (my username) whe I click >File >Synchonization
Now I would like to also use the EPIM Cloud.
Can I use boty synchonisations (Toodledo and EPIM Cloud) in parallel?
And how can I reset the EPIM Cloud? = Erase all data so that I can start from scratch with the synchronization.

Yes, you can add and use both synchronizations in parallel.
I think the best way to clear your EPIM Cloud account data would be to sync with a newly created EPIM database file, then remove everything from that database and synchronize again.

Ok, did it.
Works so far. But the arrangement (the order of custom fields) gets mixed up.
For instance:
In EessentialPIM for Windows, I have in the dataset
Bem.
DB_B.-Nr.
DB_PU
DB_PU-S
SUPPLIER
PRICE
After syncing with the cloud and them with EssentialPIM for Android, then I have:
PRICE
DB_B.-Nr.
DB_PU-S
SUPPLIER
=> AND "Bem." is missing completely.
=> It seems that the order mixes up randomly after synchronization.

Do you sync Android EPIM with EPIM Cloud or with WinEPIM directly?
