Scheduling conflict feature?

I know not even Google Calendar has the feature that warns you if you're about to schedule an event which overlaps with another event. However, my workplace Novell Calendar does.

Does EssentialPIM have this capablity?

Yes, if the "Exclusive" option is enabled for an event.
