Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else is having problems when trying to sync via EPIM Cloud. For the past 3 days nearly every attempt to sync has resulted in some variation of "time out" or "problem uploading data" or most typically the 502 Gateway error. The 502 error also extends to attempts to login via the cloud web portal. In fact, it usually takes having to enter my login information multiple times before I can even access the dashboard on the web portal.
In short, it seems to me that something is seriously wrong with the EPIM servers, hence my interest in whether others are experiencing similar problems.

I can confirm this problem. 502 happens rather often. Not always, but most times when 502 comes up while trying to login to EPIMcloud via web portal, I go back by back-button, try again to fill in credentials, and will have success. As I said ... not all times, but rather often this has success.
Everything I mention comes out of my experience. I'm not an expert. Feel free to try anything I suggest ... but always at your own risk.

Shouldn't be the case anymore. Was related to EPIM Cloud migration to more powerful serves. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Regret to say I've had this error just now - 16:40 GMT 21 Nov 22. Any ideas why?

I didnot have the 502 since that "migration to new servers"

The database server was down today for a period of time, although all is up and running at the moment.
