Using WIndows 10 fully updated and Essential PIM 11.02.
Since installing v11, the taskbar icon and the icon appearing in the Start Menu instead of the yellow/green/blue waves is just a blank document icon. Yet the shortcut .lnk file which (I think) launches Essential Pim with Windows has the correct icon. Unsure how to correct this - help appreciated

Re: Taskbar icon blank
Please try to reinstall the program. Also, make sure you're on the latest 11.0.3 version. Thanks!

Re: Taskbar icon blank
Same problem here. If I unpin the Icon and pin it back, the Icon is correct.
After restart the Icon goes back blank.
Hope this helps,
Thanks

Re: Taskbar icon blank
Is that a portable version? If it is, try reinstalling it in a different folder and see if that helps.

Re: Taskbar icon blank
You're right. I'd forgotten that I installed v11 into a custom folder "EssentialPIM11" so I could keep the v10x in case I didn't like v11, which sounded from the pre-release publicity like a number of changes to my way of working! So cleared all copies of EssentialPIM and that folder out of the system, and now running v11.0.3 with the Start Menu and TaskBar icons all correct.
Many thanks for the guidance.
