Google-Synchronisation ohne Kontakt-Fotos

Hallo,
die Synchronisation mit Google erfolgt seit neustem ohne die Kontaktbilder.

Kennt jemand das Problem oder noch besser einen Lösungsweg?

I cannot confirm this. Please create a new test contact in Google Contacts, add an image to it and run synchronization. Will it appear in EPIM with the pic? If not, please forward us the latest sync log file (can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse..). Thanks.

Hallo Admin,

ich habe drei neue Test-Kontakte erstellt. Zu jedem habe ich unterschiedliche Bildformate als Kontaktfoto abgespeichert, die in EPIM auch angezeigt werden.
Jpg / gif / png.
Die Kontakte wurden nach der Synchronisation angezeigt, jedoch fehlten bei allen die Kontaktfotos.

Die entsprechende LOG-File würde ich hier ja gerne mit anhängen, weiß aber nicht wie dies im Forum funktioniert.

You mean you created three new contacts in EPIM, not in Google Contacts? And then the pictures aren't shown on Google?
To attach your log file, please click on the "Private messages" option at the top, then add me as a recipient and click on the Add files button. Please don't forget to mention these test contacts names so that we could find them quickly in the log. Thanks!

Ja, im EPIM hatte ich die neuen Kontakte erstellt und dann mit Google synchronisiert. So hatte ich dies in der Vergangenheit immer gemacht.
Im Übrigen habe ich in den Optionen auch nur 1-Way-Synchronisation (EPIM -> Google) eingestellt. Dieser Weg hatte in der Vergangenheit auch immer funktioniert.
Nun probiere ich mal 2-Way-Synchronisation mit jeweils 3 Test-Kontakte. Mal sehen, was dann passiert.

Folgende Szenarien habe ich nun durchlaufen lassen:
3 Testkontakte in EPIM erstellt, mit Kontaktfotos mit png, gif und jpg Grafik-Dateiformate.
3 Testkontakte in Google wie oben erstellt.
Bei der 2-Way-Synchronistation wurden zwar alle Testkontakte synchronisiert, aber die Kontaktfotos nur teilweise.
EPIM --> Google: Keine Kontaktfotos wurden synchronisiert.
Google --> EPIM: Bis auf die gif-Datei wurden die Kontaktfotos synchronisiert.

Die Log-Datei der Syncronisation sende ich gesondert zu.

die Synchronisation der Kontaktbilder funktioniert trotz mehrerer Updates seit der letzten Post immer noch nicht. Ist schon bekannt, wann das Update mit dem Fix erscheint?

This has been fixed some time ago already. Try creating a new contact with a picture and sync it with google. Will it work?

hat funktioniert, aber….
Leider muss jetzt erst jeder bestehende Kontakt einzeln geändert werden, damit die Kontaktbilder auch mit Google synchronisiert werden. Ich habe mir nun die Mühe gemacht, sodass alles wieder gespiegelt ist.

The easiest way here would be to select all your contacts (Ctrl+A), right click on them and choose Status->Private. After that repeat the procedure the other way around, setting the status to Public. This will update the modified date for the contacts and in return trigger their update for the next Google sync.
