EPIM Cloud HTTP/1.1 415 Unsupported Media Type

Post by VolkerM »

EPIM Cloud synchronzation with my EPIM Windows client terminates with the error message "EPIM Cloud HTTP/1.1 415 Unsupported Media Type".

Refreshing the cloud synchronization (Database Management -> Clear Synchronization data -> EPIM Cloud) didn't help here.

I'm getting tired of having problems with EPIM Cloud synchronization again. :(

Please forward us the log file (preferably via PM). It can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... and the filename should start with "EPIMCloudSync". Thanks!

This is an info for other readers of this forum entry since the rest of the conversation / solution has been discussed via PN:

This particular problem could be solved by removing all nameless contact groups in the EPIM client (Windows).
The developers will adjust the sync so that no error occurs in similar situations in the future. :)
