Outlook 365 calendar sync.
Outlook 365 calendar sync.
When I try to do a two-way sync on my calendar, it fails saying the calendar is read-only, which it's not because it works fine with Outlook and other apps I use to sync to it. One way sync from the calendar works, obviously, but how do I fix this issue?
Re: Outlook 365 calendar sync.
The only way I could sync Outlook calendar with EssentialPIM was to sync outlook with my google calendar first and then using google calendar as an intermediary sync it with EssentialPIM. Outlook just doesn't sync with 32bit EssentialPIM. Maybe if they came with a 64bit version it would work, but right now only using google as an intermediary can you sync both calendars.

Re: Outlook 365 calendar sync.
EPIM is able to sync as with your local Outlook installation and with Outlook 365. Not sure why you needed to use Google as an intermediary step here.

Re: Outlook 365 calendar sync.
Hi,
I have the same issue.
For testing I started with a new database and did a initial synchronisation which worked!
But after the intitial sync each further sync stops, because the calendar is read only?! And as calendar-sync stops, to-do's, notes, contacts can't sync as well. After the initial-sync only mail stays in sync.
Then I tried it with my EPIM-Database in use = I couldn't even make a initial synchronisation, because calendar is 'read-only' and sync stops.
I'm using EPIM-ProPortable, Lifetime-License, with Language = German, and Windows10 Business 64bit.
Please have a look on this issue, because if this works, this would be a killer feature - highly appreciated!!
Thanks and best regards, Michael

In order for us to have a look, we need to see a log file, please forward it to us. The log can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... and its filenames should start with "OutlookSync".
