Salve, è da un po' di tempo che sto utilizzando EPIM la versione free e devo dire che mi trovo benissimo, anche se non uso a pieno le su funzionalità per la maggiore solo la rubrica e da qualche giorno mi sono accorto che alcuni utenti registrati non sono più presenti, ho provato a reinserire i contati ma non tutti vengono salvati. momentaneamente restano visibili ma al prossimo avvio del programma spariscono come posso fare???

What's the EPIM version number? If you export all of your contacts into some of the supported formats, will they all be there? Also, note the number of contacts in the Database Management window by clicking on File->Database Management, will it change in a negative way after disappearance of some items from the main view?

Grazie in anticipo per l’aiuto, la versione è 9.8 mentre la versione del database è stata creata con 9.6, il database è stato già importato a dicembre perché abbiamo sostituito il pc. Anche oggi è successo con delle modifiche apportate ad un contatto gia presente in rubrica non appena abbiamo spento e riacceso il pc le modifiche non sono state salvate.
Vorremmo passare ad una versione Pro con cloud ma è possibile esportare i contatti su un nuovo utente cosi da creare un database nuovo?

This sounds very odd. Are you able to reproduce the problem any time or it just happens sporadically?

You can open and use the same database file in the Pro version. If you'd like to export some data, please click File->Export and check the available formats.

Come ho spiegato succede in maniera casuale, questo problema si è presentato da dicembre 2020 dopo aver cambiato pc e solo ora ci siamo accorti del problema, come posso fare?

Create a new database and update to the 9.9 version of EPIM. Will there be the same issue then?
