My question is how users organize stuff using EssentialPIM, is there some personal way you find out that is a great method of organization? Some folder organization, naming procedure or even text template you use with EPIM.
Personaly i think i am a complete mess, the only thing i do that is probably just a bit diferent is that i use a note for each client and i personalize the icons. Big green for OK status, yellow for signaling that the client is on standby for now, and red for things i must do asap.
I am thinking on trying on contacts but the visual icons help me alot for now.
So, if someone has some kind of diferent way to organize stuff, please share with us simple mortals. I at least would appreciate.
How do you use EssentialPIM?

I didn't knew that i could customize the task fields. I always disliked tasks modules on other softwares so i discarded tasks in EPIM without really looking at it.
Good read. Thank you.
