Documentation for Epim Cloud
Documentation for Epim Cloud
Can you provide some documentation for Epim Cloud?
I've signed up, synchronised from Epim, and all I see in the cloud is a folder and file structure, none of which contains any readily accessible data, and there's no display of notes, calendar or contacts.
Please explain.

Update. I now see the dropdown menu at top left which gives access to guis for Calendar and Contacts.
But there's nothing for Notes. Please advise.

Hello,
EPIM Cloud is foremost a synchronisation and backup service. The ability to use Web-interfaces is auxiliary, not covering all modules. You can read about EPIM Cloud here: https://www.essentialpim.com/help/epim_cloud.htm

Thanks, Max.
The documentation you've referred me to says: 'All your data can be easily accessed from any device or PC even without EssentialPIM Pro installed, just using a web browser.'
That's clearly inaccurate. Notes *cannot* be accessed in the way described. I'd therefore like a refund of my one-year subscription. Please advise how this can be done.
