My wife and I are using the same email provider, Network Solutions, and the same version of EPIM Pro, 11.7. There are zero emails in the deleted folder. I have tried reverting to a couple of backups but get the same issue.

Here is a log from this morning for my wife's email. I seem to remember hearing that EPIMPro 11.7 was not compatible with Windows 7 but that seems to be what is currently installed.

I do not see any search or filtering set. I was able to download 40 emails this morning but everything else seems to be gone.

Problem with EPIM PRO on Windows 7
When my wife turned on her computer tonight to check her email all the folders and subfolders are there but NO messages show u at all. The database size is 3,060,752KB and the version of EPIM is 11.7. I have tried installing a backup from last week but have the same issue. What is going on?

I did reboot it several times. But today I shut it down and disconnected power for 15 minutes and then restarted. It still gave me the error. I think that it has something to do with the AVG spam and security monitor. So I shut it down as well as the drive mappings to my Amazon S3 drives and reboote...

Is 11.6.5 still supported on Windows 7
I tried to update my wife's EPIM install to 11.6.5 today but when it starts the download/install it shuts down EPIM and pops a message that another copy is still running. The same thing happens after a clean reboot. Is windows 7 still supported?

I have found that to increase the font size in an enail message body, at least in Windows 10, hold down the CTRL key and use the mouse wheel to increase or decrease the font size.

Yes I have reset the training data. I am slowly getting my spam filters setup. It is going to take awhile before it is working properly. the majority of email that I get is spam. That comes with having the spam address for 40 years.

I needed to make a change to it and even though I have deleted the original template it still is the one that shows up on new emails. It is no longer in the templates folder and the new one is there but the old one still shows...
