Birthday Category / Import category

Hi i'm a fresh new Pro User of epim since 2.7 and first of all, thank you for this stable and good new version. It´s the one who changed my doubts :-D But two questions: 1. It is possible, when you import ics/icals to select a category in which you want to import them. 2. It is possible, when create...

In my original reply to this thread, I interpreted the issue as an import issue. Upon rereading Firence's initial post and looking at his screenshot, I realize he was talking about all day events showing up as spanning two days in the table view - a display issue which probably has nothing to do wi...

@Max: If you do this, you´re my hero ;-) @fhellwig: I´m one of the user, who want "ICS communication". I use Rainlendar and communicate with Mac and Linux-User all over the word, so i need a optimal ICS-Structur. But in the last time, there were no changes in "the right direction"...

It´s funny, all users, who are talking here (expect Max) are german ones, and we are talking in english :-D 24 Hours is the same like 00:00 to 23:59 ;-) Wenn you export alldayevents, you don´t see them because the alldayvent-tag is not set, When you set the tag "on", then you see a two day...

BTW: I Think, that the allday-problem is, that the "EPIM-Day" not ends at 23:59:59 (or 11:59:59 pm). The EPIM-Day ends at 00:00:00, but this is the next day.....

This problem ist not only in the tables, its generelly. Every AlldayEvents ends at the first second of the next day.

Entwicklung

Hi you asked, i answer: - no ical-standard-using (import/Export/sync) sample: alldayevents,... - events on more then one day sometimes are wrong - no using external icals (sports, holidays, ...) - only one alldayevent per day - no optimal databases ( to much fixing by User) And i worked as a moderat...
