I can't get this to work. I replied to an email but I can't see that reply next to the original email.
I've turned on View/Conversations but there's no change to what is displayed.

Using 10.2.1

That is correct: EPIM is not scaling pictures to screen, like Thunderbird does. But for me, that is a rather small fault of the mail module. There are much more urgent ones..... Pictures in emails displaying incorrectly

I'm getting quite a few pictures that are embedded in emails displaying at the wrong magnification ie. zoomed in way too much to be able to view the entire image. Is there a way to fix this, please?

Didn't work. Slightly different error this time (because this is not the right version for a desktop?). Also no error log available. See the 2 attachments.

That's not what I meant - I could only get the portable version and I'm on a desktop. It didn't occur to me to see if it worked. Having a look now.

Just replaced the .exe and ran it :-

After entering my key, which it accepted, got this error:

Error while unpacking program, code 5-11. Please report to author.

Then tried running the .exe again and got the portable version (in full working order it seemed.....)

Any progress on this yet? I've just paid for a program that doesn't work (and before you ask, I have 3 or 4 other clients which work fine with my settings).

I'm on 7.1.31849.0 and Help/Check for Updates tells me there aren't any....

The language is already English.

The error details window has now changed slightly, no idea why (see attachment and compare with the first one).

I have tried deleting the account and then recreating it - same result.
