Yes - same here. I double click on the email and get a blank screen. I have gotten them to show up by using the up and down arrows. What is interesting is that if you use the arrows to cycle through the emails, you can then see the email full screen when you double click the email. I was happy ...

For any admins watching this post....

I've discovered that when I open some emails full-screen by double-clicking them, they display correctly because the proper encoding is selected.
But the ones that just have a blank screen do not have an encoding method selected (see pic).

Is anyone else experiencing this with the update to PRO 12.0.4 ??

(Windows 10)

When I click on an email to view it full screen the body of the email is completely blank.
If I click to reply or forward I can read what the email said and it also populates in the little preview window.

I have worked with computers and have built them since the late 90's and I have never heard of the (Right to Left) mode!
That's crazy! LOL

Essential PIM.mp4 Is anyone else experiencing their keyboards not functioning properly while typing in notes?
The arrow keys behave in reverse and the punctuation keys place the punctuations at the beginning of the sentence.
I have no issues with the keyboard in any other application including WORD ...

Thank you for your advice VictorParkerPIM,
I was aware of the vertical line drag but that defeats the purpose of having the tabs to begin with since I navigate between them so often.
It would be a chore to have to constantly slide and drag that line.

When I updated to the newest version 11.6 the "Local Notes" menu, in the "Notes" module, that usually sat at the bottom of the folder tree pane with the multiple tabs, is now its own pane on the left in between the folder tree pane and the navigation pane.
I am unable to move the "local folder" menu ...

The toolbar button labels in the mail module keep disappearing.
I have to right click on the toolbar. click "Customize Toolbar" make sure that "Hide Button Labels" is not selected, which it never is, and then close that dialogue box. Then the labels pop back onscreen.
