After I edited the colours and moved around my categories in the categories edit window, all my todos disappeared from the todo list. They all still appear on the "epim today" screen though.

If I add a new todo, it doesn't appear in the todo list, but it does appear on the epim today screen.

I don't know if this is possible: can the calendar be shared over a network, but the other sections -- notes, todo, contacts, etc -- be kept individual to each user?

I suspect that the answer is no, because the multi-user capacity seems to be achieved by allowing multiple users to access the same ...
