Seems like a bug. How do we reproduce it? If possible, please copy-paste that note into the new DB and forward to us.

You can add the recipient to a list of contacts and then enable the option to except messages from that particular recipient from being spam filtered.

I think there should be a third party solution for that. Just make sure it's capable of working with WebDAV protocol.
