Yes I can see that. My question is in regards to not being able to see the full month calendar in the EPIM on mi iPhone. I used to be able to see it when my phone was Android but since using an iPhone that is not the case.

I can sync my calendar with my iphone but I cannot view all the calendar entries except current week. I would like to see a month view. I used to see that with my old Android phone. I have EPIM 11.8.4 and i hone iphone 7plus 15.8.2

I made the account changes as requested and the problem remains.
I do not receive emails until I click anoother folder and then the INBOX folder.

OK I downloaded from the link provided and tried again. Same result. A message arrive in the GMAIL inbox queue at 10:24 and it sat there until I clicked on another folder in Gmail and then clicked the Inbox and the message arrived at apprx 10:34. OK I ran a test. I deleted Outlook account, added it again, shutdown EPIM and then started sending test messages. From about 11:46 to 12:01. All messages were recognized and shown in the INBOX of GMail and Outlook. Then at 12:07 I sent another to Gmail and nothing showed,. No error messages and infa...

Hello, Well I was very hopeful because after EPIM restarted I was sending messages to GMAIL and OUTLOOK and every send resulted in the message showing in the inbox. Then after a period of time (30 - 60 minutes) of no activity the success stopped. So now I am back to clicking a folder and then the IN...

Correct, the issue remains.

OK I deleted the acccounts, shutdown EPIM, restarted, added accounts again (Gmail and Outlook) verified syncing off but IDLE on.

Any updates on this? I set the timer to Sync at 1 min as requested. Emails received but I assume there is a fix to be developed?

Hi, just wondering if my answer on 7/23 was picked up. Is that going to be the fix to the problem? It seems that setting to 1 minute is causing undue overhead . Can you provide an update please?
