I agree, we need to focus on design as much as functionality -- actually, both are often one and the same.

Microsoft Exchange Sync

I've been using the free version of EssentialPIM and think it's time to go pro. Just wanted to check in to make sure I will be able to use the software for my purposes before I buy it. So, I run a webshop with the hosting providers 1&1 and am about to sign up for their Microsoft Exchange package...

Like the poster above, I'm new to EssentialPIM (and a small business owner). I don't know how I kept track of contacts 'pre-PIM' -- but it was messy :oops:! What's more, I've found it easy to use, which is paramount for me. Thanks!
