Removing Duplicates from a Dropbox stored database

I keep by database on Dropbox. I am trying to run the duplicate remover program, but it will not accept the database file on dropbox. I tried to copy the database file to my PC, but the program will not accept that either. When I have the file open, I can not save it to the PC.

Suggestions??

I have just discovered another problem. After I upgraded to v 11. I opened my regular database into v11 and saved the file. I also have a test file. Each time I try to open the test file the program freezes. What is the solution?

EPIM cannot see Ipad wifi connection

I tried to sync my EPIM on my Ipad withmy PC. But EPIM says that I am not connect to thr wifi. I go to my Ipad settings and I am connect4d to my network.

What can I do?

Problem with saving to Dropbox

I keep my files stored on Dropbox. I can open the file from Dropbox, but the program will not let my save it back to Dropbox. I get the message to check my internet connection, which is good. I can open the Dropbox app with no problem. I can access other apps on the internet. What is the solution.

I keep getting a corrupt database message whenever I open the file. I also get the message whenever I try to sncy the PC with my Android phone.

In the last two days any new appointment I enter and then save, shortly disappears. I enter the appointment, move to tasks and when I go back the calendar it is gone. I have not been able to save any new appointment and even one of my recurring appointments have disappeared. I have tried saving and ...

I tried to sync it again and this time I had 91k duplicates. Is there anyway to clear the file on the cloud so I can start fresh from my one computer that the EPIM file is current?
