Problem upgrading to EssentialPIM Pro 8.61.1
Currently running 8.53.1, and just tried upgrading to 8.61.1 from within EPIM It downloads the upgrade code ok, closes the EPIM window, but then doesn't seem to do anything. Opening EPIM shows it was not updated. (Just tried the identical update on my OTHER PC: same issue!) Thinking of doing it manu...

Re: Problem syncing calendar with Google
Just updated to 8.1, and the google sync (calendar only) failed with the same "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" error. Deleting & re-adding the synchronisation worked eventually.... but means a full re-sync (I do 1 way, Epim --> Google) which took a long time. Hmmm.... I now seem to have two of...

Re: Problem syncing calendar with Google
OK, deleting and re-creating the synchronisation fixed that problem... thank you for the suggestion!

Problem syncing calendar with Google

Re: Wierd sync behaviour
Currently on 7.65, and haven't seen the issue for a while, so I'll assume you found the issue & fixed it!

Re: Upgrading to Pro
I don't think you can directly.
What I do is to save the "database" file on dropbox: that means the pc will always get the latest version, and if you ARE offline, you still have a local copy of the database file.

Re: BUG: Essential PIM opens on an "invisible" screen
I've discovered that, if I do a <windows><cursor-up> to maximise the page, it maximises it to a visible screen.
If it's fixed on Win 10, then I can live with it for the time being (now that I know a simple work-around)

Re: BUG: Essential PIM opens on an "invisible" screen
Hi Max!
Its on my laptop: I go to the office, and plug in an external screen, and put EPIM onto it. I shut down, come home, and plug in a different monitor... EPIM opens on the (non-existant) screen.

BUG: Essential PIM opens on an "invisible" screen
Version 7.13 Pro, on Windows 7. Day 1, I am using 2 screens (laptop plus external #1), and I open Essential PIM on the external screen, which on this day is to the left of my laptop screen Day 2, and I'm using a DIFFERENT external screen #2, which is set up to the right. When I open Essential PIM, i...

Re: Weird sync behaviour
ver 6.57: it gets weirder: - open EPim. - if I do ctrl-alt-g, it tries to sync both google AND tablet - repeat as much as you like, still the same - go do a sync of the tablet only (so File / Synchronisation / Samsung...) - which works as expected - if I now do a ctrl-alt-g, then it syncs to Google ...

Re: Wierd sync behaviour
Admin: When I hit "ctrl-alt-g" (or File / Synchronisation / Google) I expect EssentialPim to try and sync to Google, and only Google . I do NOT expect it to also try and sync my Samsung Tablet.... I did NOT ask it to do that! If I wish to sync my Samsung tablet, I will manually ask Essenti...

Re: Wierd sync behaviour
The point is that I do NOT want to sync my Samsung tablet!!!! I want to use Control-alt-g to cause a sync to GOOGLE (and ONLY a sync to Google!). However, when I press Control-alt-g, it tries to sync to BOTH Google and my Samsung Tablet.... which it should NOT be doing!!! If I wish to sync to my tab...

Re: Wierd sync behaviour
Ok, just did a Ctrl-alt-G, and this is what I get: -------------------- Google -> Synchronising Apointments Samsung SM-T810 - > Initiate sync from Android EPIM -------------------- The google sync completes, but as the Samsung tablet isn't around, that task just sits in the sync status window, and I...
