Thank you, in the mean time I created a ticket via support email, there are the screen shots and also a wireshark logfile. They have a 2 user license and there are only 2 PCs in the office. Each PC has only one user account, so it should work. IPv6 was not the killer, next morning same problem also ...

PC 20 will be started 1st each morning having the EPIM database and the database server. PC 10 will be started after PC20 is up and running. Yes, the mails are also away from the webmailer.

I use 1blu as the provider / hoster.

I also do not use Gmail. Yesterday the "999 days" workaround helped. I found the messages at the evening at home.

PeCe's solution did not help for me. Temporarily I configured to delete e-mails after 999 days.
What I did not tested yet: If the e-mails might be deleted from server when deleting it in local EPIM.

Same problem.
Over the last days I missed some messages but was not sure if I deleted them. Now I made the test and really the mails have been deleted after loaded via EPIM.
I use POP3 and I selected to keep the messages and never delete them.

For 7.6 RC2 I finished the test now. There are no lost messages anymore. May be there was another effect together with EPIM 7.54: I used Magic.POP3 for message preview and as a SPAM filter. I re-checked the SPAM filter - everything was o.k. there. But I removed Magic.POP3 now to prevent simultaneous...
