'is not a valid integer value' error.

Postby Deus » Wed Aug 23, 2006 9:38 pm

Hello, I've been using ePIM for some time but when I open it I'm getting this error now:

'' is not a valid integer value.

followed by:

Error opening table "Tasks" (in Memory = 0) in SQL query: decrypt page error. Check CRC error failed. PageNo: 55 - Native error: 30446 - Native error: 10303.

But when I go to contacts, then to today, the calendar on the left side is empty but when I go to a previous or next month it'll display ok. :?
All my data seems to be ok, but those errors frighten me a bit... Is there anything I can do about them? :?:

I'm using ePIM portable (free) on xp, sp2 with all updates...

Thanks!

Was/is database password protected? Try to remove password protection (make backup before that).
In general, I would advice please make an extra copy of your database as backup in case database gest worse.
Also try opening previous backups (though I suppose they were overwritten with bad database already).
Also you can send the database to us and we fix it for you.

Hiya,

I do keep a backup of my database, but it's a couple of weeks old unfortunatly. But I manually copied my data from my corrupt db to a copy of that backup.

Also, if it helps: yes, the database was encrypted but none of that settings where changed or anything and I removed the corrupted db so I can't test if removing the encryption helps... :?

On a sidenote, after using ePIM portable for some time and because I kinda need it for college I bought a pro version just now. The temp key doesn't work but I've read on your forum that's "normal" and the real key will work.

You see how good I find your product? Even poor college students, like me, pay for it! :)

Great job!
